A home baker from Brixham has been featured as one of the top entries in a national baking competition.
Oli Marshall, 34, baked a cake covered in chocolate hearts as her entry into National Accident Helpline’s #UnderdogCakeOff competition.
“I started baking two years ago as a way of relaxing.
“It is cake decorating I am very into so I spent (still do) many hours watching how to pipe icing and chocolate.”
The #UnderdogCakeOff competition, which asks adults to bake a cake around the theme of recovery, will be open for new entries until November 23rd. Prizes include a Fortnum and Mason hamper.
