Tutor,
Gail Tucker said “This is the chance to look at how Agatha Christie
found her characters and plots, how she developed them from
her own experiences and was inspired by people she knew and
the local area. Discover key milestones in Agatha's life and
key events which coloured her imagination.
Look at ways to use ‘real life' as a basis for fiction writing.
Learn how to keep notebooks of ideas and weave them into good
detective stories, how to find characters and plots all around
us.” |
Jenny
Harriman (Head of ACL Brixham) said “Gail's one day workshop
will provide an opportunity for students to discover how to
improve their writing and there will be a further literacy class
called Exploring Writers starting Thursday 23rd September
10-12 noon.
