The Tractors had come from far and wide to take part in this year's Fair and joining for the first time this year Mr Terry Lucas of Swanage, Dorset said,”It was interesting driving around the town in a tractor.” His tractor was rather unusual as it was an automatic gear box with 10 gears. A rare example of a Ford 3000 in pristine restored condition rebuilt from the ground by Mr R Hawker, a former Ford mechanic, and finished by Terry.
