Courses aimed at people with depression offer light at the end of the tunnel.

A year ago ACE obtained funding from South West Foundation to offer a free pottery course for people with depression or low level mental health issues. The group called No Pressure Pottery started with 4 people and now has a regular 12 students.

Today is St Patrick's Day and Brixham Adult & Community Learning celebrated in style with a morning of Irish music, river dance and singing organised by Claire Brennan who is of Irish descent. She learned to dance as a child with her sister and the whole family came to entertain ACE members at the Thursday Group.
