CALLING ALL WOULD BE GARDENERS AND ALLOTMENT HOLDERS

If you would like to develop a garden or start your own allotment, but do not know where to start, come along to an OPEN MORNING on 21st MAY at 10am at the Adult & Community Learning Centre off Westover Close.

This event is hosted by the ACE* Gardening class who have created another accessible garden with lots of space to grow vegetables and healing plants. Bring along any garden or native plants that you can spare to help us create a Devon Bank. Enjoy tips and hints from gardening tutor, Katie Babbs, plus homemade cakes and coffee; we will also have plants for you to buy.

This is your chance to find out how to get involved. Join ACE's Friday classes to enjoy working in the garden, plus ongoing tuition on a weekly basis. You will be able to take home produce at cost price.

If you cannot come to this morning event please contact Yvonne Ramos on 01803 853302 or mail her on yramos@admin.brixhamcollege.torbay.sch.uk for details of an evening bring and buy in June.

*ACE is a registered charity that supports physically disabled students attending Brixham Adult & Community Learning Centre. Donations of plants or money welcomed by Maggie Dodd (Treasurer) 01803 853848.
