On the
19th November, the EU became a totally federal state
with a President and Foreign Minister. The interpretation of
the statue in Daniel 2 regarding succeeding world empires shows
that the EU is the last empire, and will be destroyed only at
the return of Christ.
Whilst speaking to believers
in Singapore and Jakarta this week, David said, “Unless our
understanding of prophecy stirs us into action, God help us
when we get into Heaven! We have to preach the Gospel now!”
David told of the Biblical
symbols used by the EU – the Tower of Babel symbolising rebellion
against God, its flag with the stars of the pagan ‘Queen of
Heaven', and the woman on the beast (Revelation 17, the woman
known in Greek mythology as Europe, raped by the ‘bull'). –

France was the first
country in Europe to reject God which it did through the terror
of the French Revolution, and the separation, for the first
time since Europe became a Christian continent, of Church and
State. The Lisbon Treaty today denies our Christian heritage.
The challenge to us is that a militant religion, the ‘bull',
will take Britain and Europe, today!
David continued: We must
evangelise! We are not playing games or having a social club.
This is the devil in Europe! Who is Satan? Jesus described him
as the prince of this world and he has power on earth. But God
sent His son to rescue the world!
We have to preach the
Gospel, now! The time for city-wide crusades has gone – we have
to do nationwide crusades, broadcasting them on secular TV.
Europe is the neediest mission field in the world. Time magazine
called Europe ‘the darkest continent in the world spiritually
speaking'.
My message is strong
– if I believe what I say, I must evangelise with all the strength
I have – and so must you! In Europe it is 30 years since we
have had large scale evangelism (the great Billy Graham
rallies which shook Europe) – the churches say the day
of such evangelism is gone. – They are wrong! I have proved
with my life that the only way to touch a nation is to preach
the Gospel on such a large scale that it will shake the nation!
God has given us the authority. We must use it!!
Romans 1:16 says that
the Gospel is the power of God to deliver everyone who will
believe! Do you want to experience the power of God in your
life? Ephesians 1:19-20 tells us of the working of the mighty
power and fire of God in our lives. God wants you to know the
fullness of the Holy Spirit – but when you do, there will be
a dynamic, overcoming power in your life, an evidence and a
passion. This power is to deliver, not only you, but those ‘outside',
the needy. Receive this revolution into your life – turn the
power you receive into a dynamic to change others! Pass the
blessing on!
Ministry plans
for 2010
In February next year,
David will be ministering in Ukraine. First in Odessa, then
in Kherson, Nikolayev and Kiev. David will take this opportunity
to fire-up the churches – to challenge them to rise up in a
new way and work for the Glory of God! Today is not the day
to be complacent – but today is the day of salvation, the day
of evangelism. – David will also take this challenge to Holland
in May. Many Dutch churches have said that the day of evangelism
is past – but challenged by the success of Vilnius, Lithuania,
a growing number of these churches now want to ACT!
We are currently planning
crusades in Armenia, Georgia and the Baltics – please pray that
God will work a miracle and supply the finance for the set-up
trips and the first deposits. It was only prayer which made
the evangelism in Vilnius succeed – and it is only prayer which
moves mountains that will cause these new plans to work.
David says: God has given
me a vision of what HE can do in Europe. I want to challenge
you – not everyone is called to be an evangelist – but I couldn't
do what I do today in Russia and Europe without your help. The
Gospel doesn't come cheap: to broadcast the simple, live Gospel
on Russian secular TV costs us $500,000; to hold just one nationwide
crusade costs us the same. But God will reach Europe. Together
with you, I want to see the Glory of God here, on earth! I cannot
die until my job is done!
Singapore and
Jakarta November 2009
David is currently ministering
in Singapore and Jakarta. The hosting church, City Missions
Church Singapore, works extensively in Russia, has a heart for
Europe and is committed to building the Kingdom of God through
evangelism.

trip: that God would work a miracle for both David and this
church – they share a common vision for Russia won for Christ
– and a burning desire that the former Communist Countries should
have the Gospel preached. – Please pray that no economic crisis
