Women in the history of Brixham

Could anybody suggest names of notable women in the history of Brixham up to modern times? The volunteers of Brixham Heritage Museum are aiming to recognise the part played by the women of Brixham throughout the years, and would welcome any suggestions.

Your proposals, for which we would be very grateful, could be given in at the Museum Reception, phoned in on 01803 856267 or e-mailed to mail@brixhamheritage.org.uk

Thank you Brixham Heritage Museum
